Saturday Training & Games – 75-minute sessions that combine skill development with competitive game play.
Monday Goalkeeper/Forward Training –60 minute specialized training focused on technical skill development and applying those skills in game situations.
Thursday Training Sessions – High-intensity, 60-minute practices designed to maximize touches on the ball. Each session is built around a specific topic with a strong emphasis on game play.

Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If a program fills, you may register for the waiting list, and we will contact you should a spot become available.
